1. Service Overview

​

Abandoned Vehicle Help VA provides assistance with the title and registration process for abandoned vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, and mobile homes in the state of Virginia. We prepare all required paperwork and handle all required notices as part of the abandoned vehicle process. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. All services are based on information provided by the customer and the requirements set by the Virginia DMV.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate, truthful, and complete.

• You are the lawful possessor of the vehicle or have legal authority to act on behalf of the possessor.

• You understand that we do not process or submit the title to the DMV.

• Once we prepare your paperwork, you are responsible for submitting all documents to the Virginia DMV within 30 days.

• You are responsible for paying all DMV fees, taxes, lien fees, and any additional state‑required charges.

• You understand that the DMV may request additional documents, inspections, or verifications.

 

3. Service Fee

​

A non‑refundable $149 Service Fee is required before work begins. This fee covers:

• Review of your case

• Preparation of required forms

• Handling all required notices

• Guidance through the abandoned vehicle process

• Step‑by‑step instructions for DMV submission

This fee does not include DMV fees, taxes, lien fees, mailing costs, or any additional state‑required charges. Service Fees are not part of DMV fees.

4. Paperwork Submission and Deadlines

​

We prepare all required paperwork and notices for the abandoned vehicle process. Once completed:

• You will receive the full packet of documents.

• You must submit the paperwork to the Virginia DMV within 30 days.

• Failure to submit within 30 days may result in the DMV rejecting the application, requiring new notices, or restarting the process.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by missed deadlines or failure to submit documents.

 

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

We guarantee that we will prepare your documents accurately based on the information you provide. However, we cannot guarantee:

• Approval by the DMV

• Issuance of a title

• Acceptance of documents

• Processing timeframes

Final decisions are made solely by the Virginia DMV.

 

6. Processing Time

​

Processing times vary depending on:

• DMV workload

• Required inspections

• Missing or incorrect information

• State holidays or delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the DMV or other agencies.

 

7. Refund Policy

 

The $149 Service Fee is non‑refundable once payment is submitted. Refunds are not issued for:

• DMV denials

• Customer‑provided incorrect information

• Failure to complete required steps

• Failure to submit paperwork within 30 days

• Change of mind after work has begun

 

8. Communication

 

We communicate primarily through email and text. It is your responsibility to check messages and respond promptly so your case can move forward.

 

9. Privacy

 

We do not sell or share your personal information. Your documents and data are used solely for preparing your abandoned vehicle paperwork.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

 

Abandoned Vehicle Help VA is not liable for:

• DMV decisions

• Delays caused by state agencies

• Incorrect information provided by the customer

• Missed deadlines or failure to submit paperwork

• Any financial loss related to DMV fees, towing, storage, or vehicle value

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service.

 

11. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
